While we support affordable housing anywhere in the city, we must point out that, once again, it is landing in the Larkspur Neighborhood. Why? What is driving this concentration by our city government? When government intentionally concentrates poverty in a single geographic area, it perpetuates and reinforces the generational forces that frequently create poverty in the first place.
